in NET/GATE/JRF/SET/M.PHIL/Teacher/Non-Teaching Employee in the subject BIOTECHNOLOGY as per
“Ordinance And Regulations Governing Award of Ph.D. Degree” duly approved by the Hon’ble Chancellor

You are directed to follow the procedures as laid down hereunder for getting yourself enrolled
to the Ph.D. course :-
i) The candidate shall have to appear for interview before the Departmental Council of the Concerned
University Department. The Schedule of interview is inclosed herewith.
ii) The candidate will have to explain his/her research interest with brief out line of the research work that he/she
intends to undertake leading toaward of a Ph.D degree.
iii) Candidates must bring all marksheets and other academic records in original and a self attested copy at the
time of interview.
iv) The overall merit of the subject for admission to Ph.D. subject shall be prepared on the basis of marks obtained
by the candidates out of the total of 100 marks as distributed here under :
Viva-Voce – 10; Presentation – 10; & Academic Career – 80.
v) Marks under Academic career will be calculated on the basis of marks obtained by him/her, as mentioned
below :-

ii) The candidate will have to explain his/her research interest with brief out line of the research work that he/she
intends to undertake leading toaward of a Ph.D degree.
iii) Candidates must bring all marksheets and other academic records in original and a self attested copy at the
time of interview.
iv) The overall merit of the subject for admission to Ph.D. subject shall be prepared on the basis of marks obtained
by the candidates out of the total of 100 marks as distributed here under :
Viva-Voce – 10; Presentation – 10; & Academic Career – 80.
v) Marks under Academic career will be calculated on the basis of marks obtained by him/her, as mentioned

Sir/Madam,
I have pleasure to inform that after examining the application you have been found qualified
in NET/GATE/JRF/SET/M.PHIL/Teacher/Non-Teaching Employee in the subject SANSKRIT as per
“Ordinance And Regulations Governing Award of Ph.D. Degree” duly approved by the Hon’ble Chancellor
and communicated vide Governor’s Secretariat Bihar, Patna letter No. BSU-05/2010-1455/65(I) dated
06/11/2012.
You are directed to follow the procedures as laid down hereunder for getting yourself enrolled
to the Ph.D. course :-
i) The candidate shall have to appear for interview before the Departmental Council of the Concerned
University Department. The Schedule of interview is inclosed herewith.
ii) The candidate will have to explain his/her research interest with brief out line of the research work that he/she
intends to undertake leading toaward of a Ph.D degree.
iii) Candidates must bring all marksheets and other academic records in original and a self attested copy at the
time of interview.
iv) The overall merit of the subject for admission to Ph.D. subject shall be prepared on the basis of marks obtained
by the candidates out of the total of 100 marks as distributed here under :
Viva-Voce – 10; Presentation – 10; & Academic Career – 80.
v) Marks under Academic career will be calculated on the basis of marks obtained by him/her, as mentioned
