HAIR

Using raspberry yarn, mark the dividing line between the front and back

of the head to use as a guide, a line down the middle of the back of her head and where you want to put her ponytails. Also mark how you want

to part her hair on the front of her head.

Cut strands of Honolulu pink yarn for her hair on the front of the head.

Cut little strands and fold in half to make the little curls on the sides of her head and at her side part. Glue the hair to the head, making sure

that the ends will be hidden under the hair on the back of her head.

Cut strands of Honolulu yarn that are double the length from the midway

line on the back of her head to the end of the ponytail. Glue the yarn down the back of her head following the line that you marked.

Tie the hair in to 2 pony tails on each side of her head. Cut several strands of Honolulu yarn to tie across the top of her head.

Tie with the same yarn that you used to tie the ponytails. Wrap some strands of hair around each ponytail and glue in place. Trim as desired.

Take a strand of Honolulu yarn and make loops as pictured below and

glue the loops into place on to hot pink felt. Trim yarn. Glue to the front on each side of her head. Glue a black bow made of the 3/8 inch ribbon

on each side.

FACE

Sew the holes of the buttons in a cross stitch pattern with black crochet

thread. Cut a pair of eyelashes from the black felt. Glue the eyelashes to the large black buttons. Glue the eyes to the head.

For her cheeks, cut two circles from the light pink felt and glue to the

head. (I used the black buttons as a template for the cheeks.)

Sew a mouth using black thread and pull the ends of the thread inside the head.

Cut a cat mask from the stiffened black sparkly felt. Glue a nose cut from hot pink felt. Wrap a bamboo skewer with the Honolulu pink yarn

and glue the ends. Tie a small black ribbon bow to the handle. Glue the wrapped skewer to the mask.
