has the honour to invite applications for the course on "City Executive Leaders'

Programme", to be conducted from 18 to 28 March 2013, under the Singapore

Cooperation Programme Training Award (SePTA).

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore further has

the honour to inform that under the SePTA, the Government of the Republic of

Bhutan's National Focal Point for Technical Assistance. The application must be

endorsed by the Kingdom of Bhutan's National focal Point for Technical

Assistance and submitted to the Government of the Republic of Singapore by 25

February 2013.

Government of the Republic of Singapore will bear local hospitality (local transfers

and accommodation), training fees, training allowance and hospitalisation

insurance. The round-trip airfare for the participant would have to be borne by the

The nine-day intensive course is practitioner-led andaction-based. It focuses on a system-wide approachin managing some of the key urban challenges.Including:
