Ice Sculpture Facts

•The ice used to carve a two block ice sculpture has a starting weight of 600 pounds. A four block ice sculpture has a starting weight of 1,200 pounds.

•The battle between fire and ice usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes.

•The ice thrones are made from seven to ten blocks of ice.
