LEMINAR INDUSTRIES INAGURATES MIDDLE EAST’S LARGEST DUCTWORKMANUFACTURING FACILITY

In 2000, Leminar Air Conditioning Industries LLC ventured into the promising industry of HVAC ductwork. Since then, it has emerged as one of the largest manufacturers of rectangular and spiral HVAC ducting in the Middle East. In December 2015, Leminar Industries increased production capacities with the inauguration of the region’s largest HVAC duct manufacturing facility at Dubai Industrial City in the UAE. The grand opening was commemorated by a ribbon-cutting ceremony at each of the various factory gates, by senior management of Al Shirawi Group and dignitaries of Dubai Industrial City as well as the facility employees.

The AED 100 million (USD 27.2 million) duct factory is spread over 325,000 square feet and will enable Leminar to better serve regional markets. The facility has a fully-automated coil line with CGF-1 Integrated Flange system among other sophisticated machinery for manufacture of spiral ducts, acoustic attenuators, fire dampers and other duct-related accessories.

OVERWHELMING RESPONSE TO LEMINAR INDUSTRIES SEMINARS AT DUBAI,MUSCAT AND DOHA

Leminar Air Conditioning Industries LLC, in partnership with Galloway Group UK, conducted informative seminars on the 6th, 7th and 9th of December, 2015, in the cities of Dubai, Muscat and Doha, respectively and received an overwhelming response from over 150 clients, Government officials, MEP/HVAC consultants and contractors at each event. The seminars aimed to generate awareness among key stakeholders and decision-makers, about the key criteria to be considered while selecting the right HVAC ducts and in particular Fire Rated Ducts and Sound Attenuators. Illustrious personalities from Leminar and its partners - Galloway Group UK, Multitech LLC and Dyarco International Group WLL, offered their unrivalled HVAC industry knowledge and in-depth technical expertise to those present. In Oman, Leminar signed an agency agreement with Multitech LLC (a Bahwan Engineering Group company) for Galloway products, including the complete range of Galloway acoustic products and Fenland Fire Rated Duct system. Leminar has provided acoustic solutions to the new Muscat International Airport (passenger terminal, utility buildings for generator rooms), new Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre and Royal Opera House Muscat. All products supplied to Oman projects are manufactured at Leminar's Dubai factory. In Doha, Leminar has strategically partnered with Dyarco International Group WLL and commenced its own manufacturing operations in the city in 2004. Leminar offers a one-stop solution for all the ductwork and accessories needs of all the local MEP / HVAC contractors. Among its prestigious projects are Khalifa Sports Stadium, Qatar National Museum and the IKEA store.
