The poll in connection with the Bye-election to 093-Pala Legislative Assembly-

Constituency wiil be held on 23rd September 2OL9 (Monday). Henc=e it is herebydeclare that the day of polt i.e 23rd September 2Ol9 (Monday) is a paid holidal' forall employees working in all Private Enterprises, Private Industrial Centers atldother Private Institutions which coming under the purview of the Kerala Sl opsand Commercial Estabiishment Act 1960,' located on the aforesaid areas. No

deduction or abatement of the wages of any such persons shall be made on

account of a holiday having been granted in accordance with law and il sui'i;person is ernployed on the basis of that he would not accordingiy receive wages lcri

such a day, he shall nonetheless be paid for such aday, the wages he would tiatrtr
