Medical laboratory testing plays a crucial role in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of disease in patients. Laboratory tests help determine the presence, extent, or absence of disease and monitor the effectiveness of treatment. An estimated 60 percent to 70 percent of all decisions regarding a patient's diagnosis and treatment, are based on laboratory test results.

Doctors rely on laboratory test results to make informed patient diagnoses. Patient history along with physical signs and symptoms are vital, however most diagnoses need confirmation that only laboratory tests can provide. Laboratory professionals contribute to wellness testing, guiding treatment, and monitoring patient progress.

If applicable insurance may be billed. As a courtesy to students entering college

titers (ex. Varicella) can be collected on a cash or credit card basis only. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

If you want insurance billed for titers you must go to your primary physician. We do not bill insurance for titers.
