SNOL department of JSC ‘Umega’ was established in 1960. The main activities of SNOL department are: constructing and manufacturing of laboratory and industrial electric furnaces, gas furnaces, high-temperature thermo insulation materials, electric hand dryers, shelving systems and metal furniture. The company is familiar with metal cutting, bending, turning, milling, rolling, powder coating and other metal treatment operations. Our products reflect the adaptation to the market’s alterations and individual customer’s requirements. Our products are manufactured using high quality materials and new programmable equipment run by expert operators. It is what garantees both reliability and durability of our production. All products are certificated in compliance with Russian and Belarus Certificates of conformance and with Euro certification Det Norske Veritas. The business activity is evaluated by certificate Bureau Veritas Quality International ISO 9001:2000. The major part (about 90%) of JSC ‘Umega’ production is exported to foreign markets. The main clients are from Russia, Belarus, Denmark, Ukraine, Spain, Italy, Poland, Germany, Kazakhstan, etc. About 10% of production is sold in Lithuania. JSC ‘Umega’ has three subsidiary companies: OOO SNOL – TERM in Russia, OOO SNOL Ukraina in Ukraine and SNOLBel in Belarus. They are successfully consolidated in local markets and represent JSC ‘Umega’ interests. The company is permanently looking for business partners in Lithuania and worldwide.

New line of electric ovens is designed for thermal treatment such as drying, heating, thermal testing in an air-flow environment. Five sizes are available at temperature ranges up to 300 ºC.

Forced convection makes more effective drying and quicker heating, homogeneity of temperature. Good technical

parameters ensure to high-quality results. This line allows choices economical type LFNE (without buzzer and the control of fan speed).

CONSTRUCTION : - Control panel on under part; - Ventilation motor on back side; - Inside casing in 304 stainless steel; - 3 stainless steel shelves (except SNOL 20/300 LFN and SNOL 20/300 LFNE, these ovens goes with two

shelves); - Outside casing in metal sheet, powder painting RAL 1015 & RAL 1017; - Insulation glass wool (complete lack of asbestos); - Door opening on the right, inner door in stainless steel silicon joint. INSIDE VENTILATION : - Forced convection oven of warm air. - A ventilation set, long spindle motor and turbine placed back side. The speed of air flow can be adjusted according to the demand. 0 – means natural convection in the chamber (the

fan does not work), 10 – means forced convection (the fan works at max. revolutions).

CONTROLERS:

Omron E5CSV multi-range 1/16 DIN controller with alarm function offers field selectable PID control or ON/OFF control. Large, single display shows process value, direction of deviation from set point, output and alarm status. Clear indication that the correct temperature has been reached thanks to the deviation indicator. Excellent control, especially in this disturbance-sensitive application. The flat front the use of the E5CSV hygienic and it’s easy and safe to clean thanks to its IP66. All setting field configurable with switches • Multi-input (Thermocouple/Pt100) • Clearly visible 3.5-digit display with character height of 13.5mm • Control output: relay, 12VDC voltage (for driving SSR) • ON/OFF or 2-PID control with auto-tuning and self-tuning. Faster input sampling and control period gives more precise heater control in rapidly changing, disturbance-sensitive applications. Process Value color change provides crystal-clear process status, even from a distance and without the need for interpreting the values. When one of the heaters is not at set-point the Process Value can change color to alert any member of staff (detecting a bad sealing at an early stage, for example).
