Noong regular employee ako sa dating kompanya na pinasukan ko, mayroon akong food allowance, transportation allowance at night differential allowance.

5. Does your employer give you a chance to be hired as their regular employee? Do you know the process? After 6 months, hopefully na bigyan ako ng permanent contract para maabsorb ako ng company at mabigyan ako ng benefits.Hindi ko sigurado yung proseso. Ang alam ko lang, kailangan ay yung performance mo ay maganda.

6. Ano yung mga napansin mo o naobserve mo as a contractual employee na nakaapekto sa buhay mo?Parehas naman ang pagtrato sa aming mga contractual workers

Mahalaga sa akin na may sick benefits dahil sakitin ako. Dahil wala ako noon, malaking halaga ang nakakaltas sa pera ko dahil doon.

7. Why do you continue pursuing the 6-month contract set up?Umalis ako dati sa kompanya na pinasukan ko dahil nagkakasakit ako lagi dahil sa graveyard shit o dahil sa shifting schedule. Nahirapan ako maghanap ng trabaho so napilitan ako na pasukin yung contractual na set up na trabaho. Kailangan ko din naman kasi magkaroon ng experience.

8. What has the company done to ensure your rights are protected?Tinutulungan naman kaming mga contractual employees ng kompanya. Tinatrato naman kami na part pa rin kami ng komanya

9. Do you think those rights and privileges are enough? If no, what are the other rights and privileges you think you need? How can these improve your life socially and economically?Hindi sapat. Sa mga nakukuha ko dati, sobrang magkaiba talaga ang mga benefits na nakukuha ng regular kumpara sa contractual employees

Kailangan nila idagdag sa mga benefits nila ang HMO (sick leave). Lalo na kung sakitin ang nagtatrabaho. Malaking gastos kasi pag nagkakasakit ka.

10. What do you think is the biggest obstacle to your regularization?Shifting schedule. Pabago bago kasi yung schedule kada buwan.
