Disfagia e percorso diagnostico
Quadro clinico che compromette la collaborazione del paziente e la possibilità
di eseguire alcuni test (ad es. paziente afasico, eminattento, etc)
Necessità di un inquadramento rapido, il più possibile precoce
Evoluzione del quadro clinico e della disfagia che può essere significativa anche
nel giro di ore o giorni sia in senso migliorativo che peggiorativo
Variabilità dei meccanismi fisiopatogenetici
Deficit acuto, compromissione parametri vitali, necessità di monitoraggio e
assistenza continuativa in SU nelle prime 48 - 72 h
Dove somministrare il test, chi somministra il test, disponibilità
continuativa degli specialisti (notte, week-end, festività, disponibilità di risorse e organizzazione dei diversi
tipi di SU)?
Quale tipo di test di screening somministrare?
Quando e dove somministrare il test (PS,SU); a quando tempo dall’esordio
dei sintomi?
Con quale cadenza ripetere i test, quale la sensibilità dei test
nell’identificare le variazioni clinicamente significative della
disfagia?
