Hello!!!We are the students of

Ridolaina school.In Catalonia we don’t

celebrate Halloween, we celebrate «La

Castanyada».

La Castanyada

Ingredients:*1.250g Potatoes*2kg Sugar*250g Almonds*Coconuts*Pine nuts*Cherry*Quince*Eggs

WE MAKE «PANELLETS»

Recipe:First take the potatoes, the sugar and the almond. Then mix the ingredients with your hands.

After we share the paste and we make small cakes.

Then we decorate the small cakes with coconut,

cherry, pine nut and quince jelly….

On Wednesday 31st of October we celebrate the chestnut party.In the afternoon we meet all the ZER (Prats school, Prullans school, Montellà school, Lles school and Martinet school) in Lles.First we play some games.
