Event Spaces La Bellasera Hotel & Suites offers three unique spaces for use during your event. The Ballroom at La

Bellasera features 2,200 square feet of Mediterranean elegance and can accommodate up to 120 guests

for seated dining. Our Enoteca Restaurant Patio is ideal for intimate luncheon gatherings and evening

events of up to 24 guests for seated dining. The Patio is available for exclusive use by groups for a

maximum of four hours during regular restaurant hours. Our Swimming pool area is available for standing

receptions of up to 50 guests in conjunction with wedding events. Please note that the addition of a dance

floor, entertainment, furniture, decorations, or the use of audiovisual equipment may decrease the

number of guests the room will accommodate. The Hotel reserves the right to limit the number of

attendees at an event for the comfort and safety of our guests.

Vendors, Décor & Rentals La Bellasera Hotel & Suites is pleased to present a list of highly recommended vendors for your event upon

request. Please contact the Sales & Event manager for more information or to view portfolios of the

vendors. La Bellasera Hotel & Suites is pleased to offer two hours of scheduled set up time prior to all

events. Decorations, displays and all rental items from an outside vendor may be delivered to the hotel two

hours prior to your function at a time approved by the Sales & Event Coordinator for delivery and pick up.

Decorators and florists must use drop cloths when working on flowers or any type of decorations that

require assembly with water, flora sponge, glitter or any other items that will adhere to carpet or walls. A

clean up fee will be charged if confetti, glitter, rice or similar items are used on hotel property. The Hotel

reserves the right to charge for any damage to hotel property or for excessive clean up.

visual equipment is available for rental and includes a screen, projector capable of playing DVD, CD, VHS

and Cable television, microphone, easels, flipcharts and markers. Complimentary pens and notepads will

anniversaries, to bridal and baby showers. We are happy to provide menus for breakfast, lunch and

dinner as well as snack breaks, appetizer receptions and bar services. We are happy to customize your

menu for a picture perfect event!

Weddings & Packages La Bellasera Hotel & Suites has the perfect symmetry of comfort and elegance to make a lasting

impression on you and your guests. We are proud to offer an unforgettable setting with excellent cuisine,

sophisticated style and world class service. Each La Bellasera Wedding Package can be customized for

your special day to include hand passed Hors d’oeuvres, an elegant dinner, champagne and sparkling cider

toast, cake presentation & coffee service. Also included in your package is complete set up and take down

of your event, complete tableware, stemware, tables, chairs, dance floor, white table linens, and

appropriate & professional service staff.

Wedding Lodging Accommodations La Bellasera Hotel & Suites is happy to provide guest room blocks for your wedding group. A letter of

agreement will guarantee a block of ten guest rooms that is valid up to 45 days prior to the wedding.

Once the agreement is in place, your guests may call the Hotel and book a room by referring to the name

of the wedding party. Please contact the Sales & Event Coordinator for more information and to set up

accommodations.

Food & Beverage All Food & Beverage must be provided by La Bellasera Hotel & Suites/Enoteca restaurant with the

exception of the wedding cake. Along those lines, no food or beverage, other than wedding cakes and pre-

purchased wine, will be brought in or removed from hotel premises. Food and beverage pricing is based

on a minimum number of guests.

La Bellasera Hotel & Suites offers an extensive selection of premium wines, liquors, and beers for your

event. Event Bar services include 1 bartender per 100 guests for five hours, a selection of wines, beers,

liquors, soft drinks and bottled water. We are pleased to offer both Hosted and/or Cash Bar Services. With

the exception of pre-purchased wine, all beverages are based on consumption and pricing is determined

by the selection of beverages served and the amount consumed. A corkage charge of $20 per bottle will

be charged to all wine brought into the hotel and is subject to sales tax and service charge.

All Alcoholic beverages are required to be served by La Bellasera Hotel & Suites Staff and will not be

served to patrons under the age of 21.

Catering Policies & Arrangements

All details concerning your event will be summarized in the form of a Banquet Event Order (BEO) for your

approval and signature two weeks prior to your event. An authorized La Bellasera Representative will

return the countersigned copy for your records upon receipt. All revisions will require signatures of both

parties.

A confirmation of the number of guests attending the event is required no later than one week prior to

the event. This confirmation will represent the guarantee for which you will be charged. If a guarantee is

not received by the deadline, we will assume the number of guests attending is the estimate stated on

your Banquet Event Order or your Letter of Agreement. Final Billing will be based on the guarantee or the

actual number of attendees, should it exceed the guarantee. The client is responsible for any balance at

the conclusion of the event.

We are happy to accommodate groups for Breakfasts, Brunches, Lunches, Dinners, Cocktail Receptions

and much more! Dependant upon the meal, we are able to provide meals in both plated and buffet

fashions.

Menu selection for the Enoteca Patio is based off of our seasonal Enoteca Menus. Lunches and Dinners on

the Patio require a three course minimum. A limited Enoteca menu is to be predetermined where all

guests will be served the same starter, have one choice out of three entrees, and all guests will be served

the same dessert.

Bar Services Event Bar Services require a $150 charge which includes bar set up and one (1) bartender per 75-100

guests for a total of 5 hours. Additional $100 per hour charge applies for bars open more than 5 hours.

Hosted Package bar arrangements are available based on consecutive hours on a per person basis.

We are pleased to offer a selection of Premium brands liquors and Deluxe brands liquors for your event

bar. All event bars may be Hosted or Non-Hosted and include mixed drinks, wine selection of up to two (2)

red wines and (2) white wines, selection of up to three (3) types of beer, soft drinks and bottled mineral

water. All alcoholic beverages are to be served by La Bellasera event staff. Alcoholic beverages will not be

served to any person under the age of 21. Guests will be asked to provide valid photo identification to

ensure service. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Wine Selection La Bellasera Hotel & Suites is proud to provide an extensive wine list. Event bars include a selection of

four types of wine. Pricing is determined by type and quantity of wines selected. Wine is available for

purchase by the bottle for hosted bars and by the glass for non-hosted bars. Please ask the Event

Coordinator for the current wine list. We would be happy to pair wines with food items selected for your

event.

Corkage Charge Wine and/or champagne may be brought in with prior approval and coordination of delivery. A corkage

charge of $20.00 per 750 ML bottle and $25.00 for any larger bottles will apply plus service charge and

sales tax.
