edicirwl plOlli.S) in the Right of Way under the transmission line, and provide funds for execution of the s~ud scheme lO the State Forest Department;

W:. In case the ponion of t.he lransmission line to be constructed is located in hilly areas, \':here adequate clearance is already m'ailable, trees shall not be cut;

X\·. The user agency shall carry· nut muck disposal at pre-designated sites in such a manner so as to a,'oid ils rolling down and should be taken up as per the scheme appm··:cd by the Forest Department;

xvi. The required soil consen'mion measures should be taken up by the user agency for \':hich '"und should be prm·ided as per the current rate of works;·

X\"II. The l"ser :\gcncy shall providc fire\\·ood preferably alternate fuels to the labourers and tilC staff \\·orking at the site so as to avoid any damage and pressure on the nearby orest areas:

x,:jii. The boundary of the foresl land being di\"erted shall be demarcated on ground at the projecl cost. using four feet high RCC pillars, eaeh pillar inscribed with the serial numbcr. DGPS coordinates. fon\·ard a.nd back\:vard beaJ"ings and distance from pillar to pi Iku" etc..:

:'1:<. The Cscr :\gency shall cnsu re that because of this project, no damage is caused to the nOt"a and the \\ildlifc a\"ailablc in the area;

xx. The uscr agency ,,"ill assist the State Government in conservation and iJresen·ation of Dora and fauna of the area in accordance with the plan prepared b:: the Chief \\"ildlifc Warden of the State.
