EPP moulded inserts are ideally suit-ed for the safe storage and transport of sensitive and complex compo-nents The expanded polypropylene is robust durable and perfectly con-forms to the contours of the contents to be protected This ensures that everything remains safely in place in the BOXX even when the job site is sometimes rough

Made using the thermoforming pro-cess the XL-BOXX thermoformed inserts save on tool costs and are a cost-effective compartmentalisation model especially for medium and large series By sampling different materials and material strengths even heavy parts can be held firmly and se-curely in the BOXX
