Ingredients
Materials Plastic container Big plastic bottle Whisk or a wooden spoon Potato Masher Strainer Rubber band Balloon
1. Rinse the grapes thoroughly and remove the
stems2. Mash the grapes sing the
potato masher3. Add water then stir the mixture
using the wooden spoon
Procedure
4. Mix5. Transfer the mixture to the
plastic bottle. Use the strainer to separate the pulps
6. Add a bit of juice (optional)7. Add the yeast to the mixture
Procedure
8. Place the balloon on the mouth of the bottle. Wrap the bottom part of the balloon with rubber band
9. Place the bottle with the mixture to ferment
