Full Service Dealers Maintain a store front and display, in a prominent manner, approved Kubota Engine
signage.
Full Service dealers must have 2 marketing displays
Use maximum professional efforts to promote and sell Kubota engines and Kubota parts.
Maintain adequate stock of Kubota parts to service your marketing area.
Full Service dealers must provide complete service and warranty repair for all Kubota Engines without regard
to the make or origin of the equipment, as they will be listed on the Kubota World Wide Service website as
well as AIE’s Dealer Locator.
Specialized dealers are only required to provide service and warranty support for the specific equipment or
engine models offered through their dealership.
DEALER PROGRAMKubota engines enjoy an excellent brand image which was established by providing high quality reliable products
for heavy duty industrial applications. To promote and maintain the Kubota brand it is important that each Kubota
Dealer provide quality sales, parts, service and warranty support for the end customer. The program below
outlines the requirements in order to participate as a Kubota Engine or Generator dealer.
KUBOTA DEALER STANDARDS
GENERAL SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:
Orders must be placed by using Kubota engine model numbers.
Previous-tier replacement engines are able to be stocked at dealer locations. It is the responsibility of the
dealer to submit documentation of the disposition of the original engine in the event that a replacement
engine is sold.
An initial stocking parts order of $2,500 for Full Service dealers and $1,000 for Specialized dealers is
required. A recommended parts stocking list will be provided for the initial order.
Utilize K-ISS (Kubota Integrated Service System) for parts lookup.
Kubota Engine Parts discount for stock orders is List less 35% for Full Service dealers and List less 30% for
Specialized dealers.
Emergency Order: Kubota Engine Parts placed on an emergency order type must be shipped Next Day Air
and will incur a 15% reduction of discount
There is no minimum order; however, orders not exceeding $25 will be billed at List price.
Orders must be placed by part numbers and submitted to AIE via Spark or sent via Email.
An RMA issued by AIE is required to process all returns. Non-stock items are not eligible for return.
ENGINE SALE REQUIREMENTS
PARTS SALE REQUIREMENTS
All dealers except those located in KS and MO are able to purchase Kubota Generators from AIE.
Regular Terms and Conditions apply to all Generator orders unless stated otherwise.
GENERATOR SALE REQUIREMENTS
Maintain a complete service shop with adequate tools and service parts to inspect, adjust and repair all
Kubota engines. A list of required service tools will be provided.
Purchase necessary electronic diagnostic tools (Diagmaster and ECOM).
Utilize K-ISS (Kubota Integrated Service System) for shop manuals, diagnostic manuals, and general service
information.
Set up and maintain K-ISS accounts for each technician or parts person.
Warranty repairs and claims preparation must be in accordance with the Kubota Engine America Limited
Warranty Statement as well as the Kubota Warranty Guidelines and submitted within 20 days of the repair.
Any claim submitted after 20 days from the date of repair will not be guaranteed.
Full service dealers must, within the first 90 days, have at least one technician complete all level 100 online
courses. Within the first year, at least one technician must attend 1 instructor led Electronic Diesel training
event (300 level course) presented by a Certified Kubota Master Trainer or KEA trainer, as well as the 200
level prerequisite courses. If applicable, any remaining 300 level courses must be completed by attending a
minimum if one course per year.
Specialized dealers must, within the first 90 days, have at least one technician complete all level 100 online
courses. Specialized dealers that handle Electronic Diesel Engines must have at least one technician attend
1 instructor led Electronic Diesel training event (300 level course) presented by a Certified Kubota Master
Trainer or KEA trainer, as well as the 200 level prerequisite courses. If applicable, any remaining 300 level
courses must be completed by attending a minimum if one course per year.

Co-op funds are used to assist with costs of marketing. Whether it is radio ads, print ads,
signage, or other creative ideas, AIE is happy to provide funds if the branding for Kubota is
correct. It is very important before spending money that all product is pre-approved by AIE
to make sure the Kubota brand is correctly conveyed.
GETTING ADS PRE-APPROVEDAIE is able to offer co-op to Kubota Full Service Dealers and Specialized Dealers with pre-approval
Before purchasing any ads for your company, make sure to get the ads pre-approved by AIE.
A general checklist of items to send in for pre-approval are:
■ A completed pre-approval form which can be found on the dealer dashboard
■ A cutsheet, artwork, or written script of the ad or product being created
■ Estimate of the costs for creating and releasing the ad.
Please note that AIE and Kubota may take up to two weeks in order to review and discuss the co-op
submission . AIE will normally Co-op Pre-approved items 50% of the ad cost, not including shipping
and taxes.
THE APPROVALPROCESS
SUBMITTING FOR CO-OP
After the media/item has been purchased and all payment have been finalized, please send the
following items in an email to AIE to recieve your Co-Op credit.
■ Completed Pre-Approval form
■ Artwork render or photo of item
■ Invoice from supplier
■ Proof of payment
REMANUFACTURED PARTS CORE RETURN1) Complete ALL fields of the KEA Core Return Form from Kubota’s website (URL: https://tinyurl.com/y2gktbg3)
Core returned must match the new part purchased.
Properly seal the core in the original packaging (of new part), secured to avoid damage
during shipping and include a copy of the sales receipt.
2) To create your shipping label click on the Create Shipping Label link below.
(Shipments through this program ship to a depot and NOT to KUBOTA Engine America)
3) Affix the printed label to the box and ship using UPS
There is NO charge for this service. The package can be dropped off at a local UPS facility or
contact UPS to schedule a pickup or hand over to your UPS driver for delivery.
4) Keep copies of all documentation for future reference. Refund will be issued in approximately 4 weeks.

In order to successfully diagnose and repair common rail compression ignition (CI) and spark ignited (SI)
engines, your technicians must be equipped with the appropriate diagnostic tools. The information below
outlines the part numbers, pricing, and applicability of all current diagnostic tools available for Kubota
engines.
These tools will allow technicians to read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC’s), read freeze frame data
from historic DTC’s, view and record engine parameters, and execute engine specific tests and individual
component tests.
Each technician will also need to have an active KISS account in order to establish credentials for these tools
as well as download the latest versions for each tool.

information relating to Kubota Engines. Each person that needs access to K-ISS in your organization
