The KUARIO Printer Driver allows you to print from a Windows PC. These print jobs can then be physically printed by a KUARIO MFP Outlet.

Installation1. Download the KUARIO print installation file on https://kuario.com/downloads/. The file name is 'KUARIO Print - Windows

Setup.exe'.

2. Double-click the icon to start the installation process.

3. Confirm that app is allowed to make changes on this computer.

10. Check the 'Always trust software from "KUARIO BV" box and click on 'Install' .

Warning: 'restart logon session' signs the user off and closes all programs.Save all your work and websites before checking the 'restart logon session' box and clicking 'Finish'.

11. Click 'Finish' to end the installation. KUARIO Print is now installed. If the 'restart logon session' box was checked yourmachine will now reboot.

Installation Extra instructions for Windows 7 installations

Possibly additional software must be downloaded during the installation process, to enable (parts of) the KUARIO PrinterDriver.

Note: De KUARIO Print Driver installation will automatically ask you to install .NET Framework 4.5.2. if this is necessary. That additional .NET installation must be approved.

Warning: If this is the case be sure to reboot the PC to make sure the KUARIO driver is correctly installed.

12. Reboot the PC, before the KUARIO printer can be used.

Update

UpdateWhen an update is available it will notify you automatically.

By clicking 'update now' you will be referred to the KUARIO download page. The download will start automatically.

Confirm you are about to update an older version with a newer one.After that, follow the steps in the installation section.

User Interface

User InterfaceThe user interface of the KUARIO Printer driver offer you, apart from the normally available options, the possibility to pay printjobs via KUARIO. The print job will be available on all the KUARIO Printer in the system.

Printing using the KUARIO Printer Driver1. Create a print job in one of the applications you normally use to print something.2. Go to the print menu, this is usually summoned with the short-cut 'CTRL-P'.

3. Select 'KUARIO print' as printer.4. Optionally select other options.

User Interface Print code identificationTo collect the print job, your own identity as the identity of your print job must be known.To ensure this we have two methods available; Email & print code' and 'KUARIO QR'. Using the first method requires you togive up an email address linked to a KUARIO account and a custom print code (made up by yourself). The second method willuse the KUARIO User App with which you need to scan the QR code.

6. Decide which method to use and continue to the respective steps below: Step 7 for 'Email & print code' or Step 10 for'KUARIO QR'.

Email & Print code:On the left side you will notice the method to register the print job with your email address (linked to your KUARIO account)and custom print code. The print code is a custom code (you create it yourself, like 1234, but we recommend using one that isnot that easily guessed). On the MFP you can enter the email address and the print code.

7. Enter your KUARIO email address.8. Enter the custom print code.9. Click 'Send'.


User Interface KUARIO QR10. On the right side the KUARIO QR code is shown, scan the code with the KUARIO app, it will be processed directly. No other

actions are needed, accept at collection, then you need to scan the QR code of the MFP.11. Wait for confirmation that the KUARIO Printer Driver has uploaded the entire print job.
