CUT OFF DATEThe cut off date for accepting reservations in this room block is 12:00 am June 27, 2012.

RATESAll room rates quoted are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 13.42 percent occupancy tax (subject to change without notice). The room taxes total $15.97 for a room rate per night at $134.97. This includes free parking for overnight hotel guests.

ROOM DEPOSITA deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. This is a non-refundable deposit if rooms are not canceled by 6:00 pm day of arrival.

CHECK OUT TIMEAs check out time is noon, rooms may not be ready for occupancy until 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. To facilitate this scheduling, we ask that guests honor our noon check-out time on the date of departure. Late check out fees may apply.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEEIn the event that a guest who has reserved a room within the block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved check out date, an early departure fee of $50 will be charged to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. The hotel will inform members of the room blocked group of this stay as a fee upon check in. The hotel will deduct any such fees that are collected from any amount you may owe as sleeping room attrition.

Hotel Guest Parking for individuals that are not staying in a room is $8.00 per day after 4 hours.
