Ground-breakinG new factory

Until its opening in March 2017 up to 70 jobs will be established. The highly innovative battery technology by Kreisel has already

impressively proven its performance ability many times. The company also realizes

complex projects, including the development of power trains, charging technology and

software in collaboration with its industrial partners. Due to the highly automated

manufacturing process the serial assembly of the battery technology is particularly fast (15 seconds for each kilowatt hour) and thus

very economic.

Each battery cell is protected individually. This means that a defective cell can be isolated from

the other cells both mechanically as well as electrically. The complete failure of the battery

can thus be avoided. The system meets the highest safety and quality standards, offering

every customer a guaranteed maximum loss of 20% after 250,000 km of operation, e.g. with the

Kreisel Electric Caddy that has a range of 350 km.

Kreisel Electric battery cells feature a patented casing that is constantly flushed with liquid. This means that

combined with a heat pump, the battery can be heated or cooled very efficiently. This significantly increases range and

Vehicles of all three charging standards can be loaded quickly with the Power Charger. Type 2 (AC), CHAdeMO (DC)

and CCs (DC). It is possible to run DC and AC charging processes at the same time. A touch screen guides the user through

the loading procedure. The charging station can be equipped with different

activation and payment systems.

By using the Kreisel Power Charger electric cars can be recharged in minutes. Especially in heavily frequented spots or along public

freeways quick-charging is essential. Thanks to the powerful 320 kW loading device suitable vehicles can be loaded to 80% battery capacity within 20 minutes. The

integrated battery enables a continuous and slow charging procedure, while the discharge

to the car can be extremely powerful.

Quick charGinG in Just 20 minutes

The technical prerequisites for quick-charging stations are already available

in the Kreisel E-Golf. With the given infrastructure, loading is possible from

20% to 80% sOC within 20 minutes. This results in a range of about 300 km.

conditionsEach cell in the battery of the Kreisel E-Golf is actively tempered with a special liquid - a non-

conductive and noncombustible fluid, which in extreme cases even acts as a fire-retardant. This technology ensures that the battery cells are constantly kept in an optimal temperature range. Particularly at high charging capacities, the battery life can be considerably extended

and wear phenomena can be reduced.

maximal electrical ranGeThe Kreisel battery pack significantly increases the capacity of the eGolf

by 130% to 55.7 kWh with an identical installation volume and weight in

In addition to being used during driving, the eight electric range extender modules also

provide an efficient storage medium forelectricity generated by stationary PV sys-

tems. Capacity: 2.5 kWh each, nominalvoltage: 21.6 V, weight: 13 kg each.

The battery system has a capacity of 45 kWh, weighs 225 kg and achieves a range of 300 km (performance weight 5 kg/kWh, performance volume 2.7 dm³/kWh). Each module consists

drivinG enJoymentThe Electric Porsche Panamera develops a maximum torque of 770 Newton metres,

and with an engine power of 360 kW reaches a top speed of 300 kph.

insideVisually, the Kreisel Electric Panamera looks almost identical to the original

version both inside and out. Exclusively original instruments are used in the

cockpit, adapted for the new electric drive system and battery. Even the heating and

air conditioning remain the same.

charGinGA 22 kW fast charging unit ensures efficient charging within approx. 4.5

hours. The vehicle is also already prepared for DC quick charging so that

in future it can be charged to 80% of full capacity within just one hour.

dynamic drive to all four wheelsThe toughest challenge was to retain

four-wheel drive on the Porsche Panamera 4s without the remotest loss of power. The solution was to combine the sporty 7-speed automatic transmission with a high-performance electric motor.
