Export Finance Solutions with Finnvera

KPA Unicon Group works in close cooperation with finnish export credit agency Finnvera to provide export finance solutions for our customers.

Size of the export finance loan is up to 85% of the investment depending on the project.

Tenor of export finance loan will be tailored for project specific needs, typically matching payback period of the investment.

Payback of the export finance loan will begin 6 months after commissioning of the plant.

KPA Unicon Group will participate and advice in the application process minimising the workload to the customer.

Enervest Investment company

Enervest is a joint venture investment company owned by KPA Unicon Group and Finnfund.

Enervest invests on equity basis to KPA Unicons projects in selected developing markets.

Size of Enervest investment is 0-15% of KPA Unicons delivery contract. (max 49,9% of equity)

Tenor of Enervest investment will be tailored for project specific needs, typically matching payback period of the investment.

KPA Unicon Service will provide matching maintenance agreement for the duration of the contract, ensuring smooth operation of the plant.

Requirements for Enervest participation

Investment criteria can be shortly summarised in four main issues. KPA Unicon Group will provide assistance and advisory for customer to prepare the studies.

Technical – Technical feasibility study base of KPA Uncion technology

Commercial – Commercial feasibility study of the investment project

Environmental – Environmental Study of the project. Project needs to either use biofuels or have positive effect on energy efficiency

Social – Study of social effects of the project on the local community.
