Dear Fundraiser,

Thank you for your interest in the Koyotes Kare Fundraising Program. We have put together a process using our home games that is an easy and fun way to achieve your organizations’ goals and objectives. What could be more fun than attending a professional football game with your family and friends and at the same time raising money for your project? It is that simple.

Since the Koyotes inception it has been our mission to be a force for good in NE Kansas. We are going into our record setting 13th season of Indoor Professional Football. In that time we have generated thousands of dollars for charitable groups, schools and other organizations. Let us use our experience to help you raise the funds you need for your projects.

We have created the Koyotes Kare Fundraising Program for just this purpose…to benefit those in our region through the sale of Koyotes’ tickets. We are committing 1,000 tickets for every home game to the Koyotes Kare Fundraising Program. Your organization puts together a group night at one of our eight (8) home games and we donate half the receipts to you, even more if your group sells over 100 tickets (more on that later). We’ll also give the top three fundraisers in your group prizes for their efforts. And, we will discount our $13.00 tickets to $10.00 to make it even easier to raise funds. Put some money in your groups’ coffers and attend an exciting, fun and entertaining professional football game. What could be simpler?

In order to help you in your endeavors we have created all the materials you will need for your fund-raising campaign (i.e. flyers, e-mails, order forms, etc.). Also, we can attend one of your group’s func-tions to explain our program and train your team to meet your fundraising goals. Let us use our exper-tise to motivate your people to achieve whatever goals you set for your project.

Thank you once again for your interest. One of our staff will be in touch to help you implement the Koyotes Kare Fundraising Program as soon as possible. I personally look forward to seeing every one of you at our games.

Sincerely,

Nick BaumgartnerOwner, Kansas Koyotes

Plus, you can have a group event and share thecamaraderie and fun of a Koyotes Game.We provide you with all the materials andtraining that your organization needs tomeet your goals. Just pick the game youwant to attend, contact family and friendsto buy discounted tickets and keep half themoney for your group. It is a simple andfun way to achieve your goals. And, ourprogram is easily repeatable.

We will incentivize the fundraisers in yourgroup with prizes for the top three repswhen you sell 50 tickets. Also, when yourorganization sells more than 100 ticketswe will add $1.00 per ticket to your shareof the ticket sales. That’s $6.00 per ticket.

Group gets additional $1.00 per ticketwhen you sell 100 or more tickets

Get a group to come to a game. Have fun and raise dollars for your organization. It’s just that simple!

The average ticket transaction is 3.6 tickets per sale. That translates into $18.00 average every time you make a sale for your group. If you have 25 people in your organization then that is $450.00 for your group. That can easily be accomplished by asking family members to go to a game. It's that simple. Your organiza-tion gets the benet of the capital raised and going to a game as a group. It's a win-win situation.
