gave a message to the audience that burning firecrackers

causes not only destruction but also other devastating

pollutants like, air pollution and noise pollution and burning

them is for no good. To portray this we had various scenes

that showed harmful things that firecrackers do to our

environment, and because of these firecrackers and other

pollutants the Air Quality Index worsens day to day causing

things like cancer, air pollution and many other harmful

diseases. We can all have a satisfying and a Happy Diwali by

being greener and not destructing this beautiful creation that

Chocolicious_Chocolate making and selling

11 At the winter carnival 2018-19, the students of entrepreneurship took

up the challenge to convert a business idea into a profitable venture.

The students came up with a business idea of procuring,

manufacturing, marketing and eventually selling chocolates of various

flavours, shapes and sizes under the name 'Chocolicious-Finger licking

delicious’.As the main motive was not profitability but the learning

opportunity that the activity would provide, the students got a

practical understanding of concepts ranging from 4P’s of marketing

to direct selling and costing. In the process they also understood the

nuances of team work, motivation, planning and organising.

The activity was a success not only because the idea was profitable

but also because the students were able to implement their

marketing strategies while keeping customer interests in mind.
