PROCESS OF OUR WORK:

Step 1- Site Inspection. Meet you on site to discuss construction options and your requirements.

Step 2 - Tendering. Prepare a quotation, meeting all your requirements for the build.

Step 3 - Accepting Tender. Go through the quotation and discuss any changes. Receive approval

to carry out the works.

Step 4 - Signing of Contracts. Prepare contract for you to sign. Develop a time line program for the

project and arrange a start date.

Step 5 - Commence Construction Works. Start to build the project. Arrange regular meetings to

keep up to date with latest requirements.

Step 6 - Handover. Final inspection and rectify any unsatisfactory work before handing over

Step 7 - Extended Maintenance Period. Offer 24 week maintenance period instead of the normal

12 week maintenance period.
