The association has advanced with your continuous support and encouragement. The association, which has

made every effort to promote R&D of electric technology, improve the quality of electric facilities, keep the dignity

of electric engineers, make the incumbent system better and protect their rights, is faithfully fulfilling government

entrusted works according to Electricity Business Act and Electric Technology Management Act as a special

corporation founded by the provisions of Article 18. In particular, the association does its best to promote electric

technologies and appreciate the service of electric engineers every year by proclaiming that the 1st of November

is “lectrician s Day” during the 1st Electric Technology Promotion Convention & Electrician's Day in 2004

Besides, the association has held the Electric/Power Korea since 2003 to strengthen global competitiveness

and develop the electric industry, providing the base of marketing and information exchange for domestic electric

power and electric facilities-related industries to grow to be competitive exporting industry as a respectable

international exposition.
