Present Training System
Most of provided training systems and facilities are compliant with the actual
regulation in force.
The Minimum required knowledge to be transferred to achieve competency
is already stated in the STCW

After receiving file from ship, VM reviews the performance of each crew member onboard and feedbacks to the management if additional training is required.
After completion of training onboard, exporting file from Ship’s module and sending to the office.
After joining the vessel crew member must complete it within a certain period.

This function provides the Administrator with an overview of the training situation for the crew who has signed on.
If the crew did not attempt any assessment or view any manual after boarding the vessel for ONE month, the system will provide a warning with a red alarm text.
