• Action Reflection Notes (ARNsAction Reflection Notes (ARNs)) An ARN consists of a one or two-page reflection on an action in a specific
programme, project, or activity. It allows programme staff to reflect on the initiative, explain lessons learned from this experience, and share them with colleagues in a standard format.
• Programming Guidelines – How to GuidesProgramming Guidelines – How to Guides A How-to-Guide is an aid in development of programmes, projects or
initiatives. In consists of: Introduction of an issue; Synthesis of methodological and strategic approaches for programming; FAQ for programme design.
• ProspectusesProspectuses A prospectus is a two-page, single-sheet brochure to be presented to
partners and donors that may be interested in contributing to a UNDP initiative. The prospectus promotes the competence of UNDP in a particular thematic area. It builds on success stories and the comparative advantages of the organization to highlight the value it can add.
• Lessons Learned DatabaseLessons Learned Database Lessons Learned Database contains lessons learned captured in ARNs Notes clustered
thematically and easily searchable.
