    Key Findings: The Networking Academy has increased career opportunities for students; nearly two-thirds of students find employment.

    Three-quarters of those finding employment have positions that include networkingfunctions.

    Two-thirds find employment in the private sector. Over 10 percent of former students start their own business

    Before I had no job, no focus in life; but with just a Cisco certificate, I am now a self-employed young man

    with awesome potential in the future.The major change is that Ive started my own small business.
