Sriharan  - Director -He has over 35 years of experience in the hotel industry,  his expertise spans budget hotels to five-star luxury hotels and has worked for various multinational hotel chains across the US, Asia and Australia. He is also Consultant for Four Seasons Hotels Asia Pacific, Sydney, Australia, looking after Thailand & Malaysia. He was responsible for completely managing and Handing over Kohinoor Asiana Hotel - Chennai.

V. Srinivasan – Director – Masters in Finance & Corporate Finance. Served as Sr. Economic Analyst in Corporate Economics & Research Centre’s prime Investment Magazine. He was also instrumental in establishment of IDSS for Corporates and Economic Directory . He has held various positions in leading MNC Companies in the capacity of Financial Controller / CFO / Director – Finance before settling with KNID as Director - Finance and Strategy policy consultant . He was also consultant for various Corporates companies during his tenure.

Kannan Narayan – Founder & Managing Director. Graduated In Civil Engineering . KN has bootstrapped this organization from Day one and has a determination to provide an excellent service platform and real value to the Clients. His vision is to make KIND as one of the Major player in the Civil & Interior Fit out industry and he is whole heartedly behind his mission.
