Joy in Our Town

December, 2015: KNAT taped and featured the following guests for the Joy in Our Town public affairs program: Yvette Tovar, Executive Director of the New Mexico Water Collaborative; Kathryn Hayden, Environmental Scientist with the New Mexico Environment Department; Miriam Wamsley, Private Well Epidemiologist with the New Mexico Department of Health; Dr. Diego Gallegos, President and CEO of Youth Development Inc. (YDI); Concha Cordova, Vice President of Education of the Employment and Training Division for YDI; Teala Kail, Communications Director for the New Mexico Gas Company; Nate Morrison, Executive Director of Teach for America-New Mexico, Pete Kassetas of the New Mexico Dept. of Public Safety; and David Morris, Public Affairs Manager for the Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority.

December, 2015: KNAT Socks for Seniors was a tremendous blessing! We would liketo say thank you to everyone for the outpouring of socks for our beautiful seniors! New Beginnings Church of God partnered with us and the socks were hand delivered to the residents of the South Valley Care Center as we all joined in and sang Christmas Carols!

Decision America Tour with Franklin Graham, KNAT has been asked to partner with theDecision America Tour with Franklin Graham: Prayer Rally for our nation. This event will be held at the State Capitol in Santa Fe on March 16th at noon.

December 4, 2015: KNAT-TV Praise the Lord program: We are so grateful for our hosting pastors and the tremendous work they do for the Lord in our community. Pastor Greg Groeshel, Senior Pastor of LifeChurch.tv, was featured on our December 4th localPraise the Lord program.
