and plans to serve the Export market as well as the quality – conscious Indian Clients. With a spacious factory and latest technology machineries and equipments, with professionally qualified and experienced staff, KMR forays into the fabrication of Aluminium and Glass Windows, Doors & interior Architectural members, with focus on energy efficiency and eco-friendliness.

KMR also aims to establish in the Indian market with a variety of product ranges of windows which are highly durable with zero-maintenance and products which are warranted for a period of 10 years

KMR is the result of a long term vision of its CEO Venkat Rangan who has worked with industry leader Permasteelisa Group. In his capacity as CFO of its Asia Division, he has acquired a wide and deep exposure to the nitty gritties of the facades / windows business. He brings in his business knowledge and expertise and excellent rapport with world leading Architects, consultants, Clients as well as suppliers.

Factory Location - Located within the Madras (Chennai) Export Processing Zone (MEPZ) which is well connected by rail, road, sea and air modes of transportation. The factory is spread out within a1.2 acres plot with built up area of more than 15,000 sq.ft

KMR - its products and services We intend to manufacture a wide variety of insulated and non-

insulated window systems. We plan to become the Authorised fabricators for Reynaers Aluminium N.V. of Belgium. The systems provide the right solution for various requirements including openings, insulation and security.

We offer various types of windows Reynaers CS – 59 , CS – 68 & CS 86 – HI . These windows are of thermally and acoustically insulating, maintenance - friendly, burglar proof and fire resistant systems.

Our Quality- Our system will be a Quality management System Certified with ISO9001:2008 and will be having quality circles for continual improvement. Customer satisfaction will be measured at all levels and suitable corrective / preventive actions will be followed

Our Ambition- Using statistical process control techniques we commence our production journey by implementing 3 Sigma and in a short duration, we aim at achieving 6 Sigma.

KMR Quality Management System

Quality control - Work results are monitored to see if they meet relevant quality standards. If the results do not meet the quality standards, the project manager applies root cause analysis to determine the cause of the poor performance and then eliminates the cause. Quality control is inspection orientated.

Quality assurance - The overall performance is evaluated to ensure the project meets the relevant quality standards. Quality assurance maps to an organization’s quality policy and is typically a managerial process. Quality assurance is the work of applying the quality plan.Quality improvement - The project performance is measured and evaluated, and corrective actions are applied to improve the product and the project. The improvements can be large or small depending on the condition and the quality philosophy of the performing organization.

Develop Quality plan, Inspection & test plan relevant to projects starting from tendering to delivery and installation

Identify processes and related resources – Train and monitor for all processes regularly through Quality Audits

Discuss the outcome of Quality Audits in Management Review - identify suitable root causes – Take CAPA (Corrective & preventive action)

All relevant standards (ASTM,BIS,AAMA,BIS) will be implemented in the system

Listen to Customer feed back and complaints, if any, on top priority and to take suitable actions

Continual improvement will be a key ingredient in our process
