• Unlimited numbers of Recipes can be added to the program. The program provides nutritive calculations and analysis. Calculate costs and margins. Clear labelling options with legislative information.
• Servings and Meals functions are ideal for nutritional calculations and analysis, and compiled calculations of costs and margins for eg. a buffet, à la carte dishes or retailed products (eg. filled sandwich).

KITCHEN MANAGEMENT ENTERPRISE can be used together with KITCHEN MANAGEMENT STANDARD program for multi-site catering operations. All functions and data can be managed in the same data-base as shared, unit-specific or kitchen-specific.
• Ingredients, recipes and menus can be managed by the administrator
• The administrator controls the user rights for all kitchens. Depending on given user rights the kitchens are able to manage their own ingredients, recipes and menus totally or with limitations.

There are various label templates in the program. CO₂ carbon emission factors are now available for all food ingredients in TECHEF KITCHEN MANAGEMENT software! The program calculates automatically CO₂ emissions for recipes and meals. There are also reference values based on average emissions for different types of meals (snacks, main courses, desserts).
Give your customers the chance to choose and control their carbon footprint, as well!
You can choose to publish the CO₂ values in the TECHEF MENU application for the end-customers.

With the PRODUCTION module you can make orders on the menu in portions, kilograms or dishes. KITCHEN MANAGEMENT MOBILE is an application to be used together with the ENTERPRISE program. The application has functionalities for stock management (purchase orders, dispatch lists, inventory) and internal orders. In addition, you can enter traceability information on orders.
Ideal tool also for sites of restaurant chains who follow the recipes and/or menus created at the head office.
The application works on any Android based device, such as smart phones.
