Mention that you have a sling which offers unique advantages for the patient like no other company in the whole world can offer!

The unique advantage for him is the possibility to adjust the sling up to the 5th postoperative day!

Explain - you will not need to adjust many often……… and this is good for the patient, but in case the patient needs sling adjustment, you CAN adjust it!

Normally, they don’t need a safety rope, but they have one if it’s needed!!!

Remind him what kind of patient this could be! Such like:

– obese patients,– recurrent SUI– multiple failure patients– severe incontinence patients – elderly patients or – patients with prolapse – mixed incontinence– ISD patients– weak sphincter closure pressure– or any normal SUI patient to come close to 100% success rate

We are selling about 2.500 TOA/TVA slings a year. Among our customers, we have many experienced customers who use it for the more difficult patients. Despite their experience, they need to adjust in 30-40% on those patients!

Think about less experienced? Why shouldn’t they us it for every patient?

But also - why should an experienced rock climber give up the safety rope? Why shouldn’t also experienced surgeons use adjustable TOA/TVA slings for every patient? He is not the only one who climes the mountain, he guides the patient up to the peak, he is responsible for the patient!

Again: It is an additional safety feature which helps to

reach patients expectations (100% continence) more accurately!

The usage of our TOA/TVA slings just do offer additional advantages, there is no single disadvantage !

Other than that, it is a regular sling to implant, there is no difference versus their TVTs or TOTs
