    If the classification of a chemical as a hazardous chemicalwould cause the use of more than one hazard statementon a label, the following rules of precedence shall apply:

    If hazard statement, H410 Very toxic to aquatic life withlong lasting effects is assigned, the statement, H400Very toxic to aquatic life shall not appear on the label;

    The hazard statement H314 Causes severe skin burns

    and eye damage is assigned, the statement H318Causes serious eye damage shall not appear on thelabel.
