UNIVERSAL Screw, adaptable to all

The foundation screw is a foundation system that will suit all

types of terrain without the need to use concrete, allowing

structures to be easily installed.

The foundation screws are made of hot galvanized steel in

accordance with ISO 1461, which gives the screw maximum

durability.

Compatibility with all types of terrain

This foundation screw can adapt to any type of terrain and

topography.

With the foundation screw land clearance and earthworks

are not required.

Concrete-free foundations

Concrete is not necessary to install the structure. With the

consequent reduction in assembly time and preparing the

land.

Minimum ground preparation work.

No need for earthworks, which are frequently not authorized

by the environmental authorities, with the consequent

savings in civil works and without affecting the land.

Compatibility with all types of fixed structures, thanks

to which the screw head can be customized for different

structures. The versatility in screw design allows us to

adapt to the needs of the structures requested by the

client.

Easily removed and recycled

Mecasolar foundation screws offer the possibility of easy

removal, reducing the environmental impact and

minimizing the costs of dismounting. As they are made

of steel they can be recycled.

Installation time. Between 3-4 MW with 1 machine in 10

days, depending on the Fixed Structure and the Land.

Head adaptable to any type of structure.

Warranty 25 years anti-corrosion for soils with pH values

above 6 and ohmic resistance higher than 800 ohm-cm.

As long as the ground has not been altered with regards

the initial geotechnical conditions.
