The Social ContractIn Kjnaae you are expected to follow the

rules and regulations of the country. The communities within this country are apart of Kjnaae but not official until the process of Identification is complete. The rules here are simple and logical. If you disobey them, you will be spending some time in a jail just outside of the country on an island for a certain amount of time, depending on how severe the crime was. You will be there until trial and you are given a lawyer to help your case. You may not restrict arrest when a government official detains you, however you may only be detained for 72 hours. If you are proven guilty depending on the consequences you are given a 25 to life then parole; depending on the case, if very severe, you will be given a life sentence. We are trying to create an equality for the citizens of Kjnaae and everybody wants to live in a safe environment, so let’s make it one.

Decision MakingIn the country of Kjnaae, we express ourselves as a

democratic place to live. We have a president who may lead up to a period of 4 years and may be re-elected for 3 years until they have to call another election. There are 4 parties who, not including the presidential party, and each one gets to vote. There are 35 people in each party who are chosen that leader, in that party, who is able to vote. We ensure that the government in power is trying to do the greatest good for the greatest number.

Running for a place in government or presidential position will take place over a period of one year and voting will be dated on July 16th every 4 years.

If a conflict arises or new ideas are presented it will be held at the House of Kjnaae and talked about or debated between the presidential party and the opposition. Miss/Mrs/Mr. Speaker is the person who represents the citizens of the country. At the very end when everyone is done, the house will then vote and the bill/law will be either passed on or rejected; if rejected the law/bill it not be passed on. A bill/law can be rejected when the majority votes against it and you may vote against it even if it’s your party wanting a certain thing. A majority is 51% or higher. If the opposition parties feel that the presidential party is abusing his/her power, they can call a re-election and if voted in, they may become president, even if the president’s term is not finished.
