This micro unit shoots 640x480 video at 30 frames per second and is smaller than a key fob.

It comes with a good variety of brackets and mounting hardware that make it relatively easy to fi t the camera to a bike – or a rider – and so produce good recordings of your rides and on-board adventures.

For the size and versatility of the unit, the image and sound results are quite good and if You Tube or online video are your target audience, it’s a winner at $129.00.

It comes with a 2gb micro card and can take up to a 16gb card.

The manufacturer claims up to 2 hours maximum continuous recording time from the rechargeable battery.

Getting movies from camera to computer has proved easy and operation of the camera is also easy via the simple controls.

The display LEDs are the opposite way around to most cameras and green means ‘recording’ and red means ‘standby’, but once past that anomaly, it’s a doddle to get some nice footage.
