PRO€INVEST Activities from 2002 to 2008PRO€INVEST is an EU-ACP partnership programme for the promotion of investment and technology flows in the ACP countries undertaken by the European Commission on behalf of the ACP Group of States. The Programme was launched in 2002 with a budget of €110 million and subsequently extended to the end of March 2011.
