Hello Perfect Models, Friends, and Families! I want to personally welcome you to the 13th Annual World’s Perfect Baby, Little Miss, Preteen, Junior Teen, Teen, Miss, Woman, Classic Woman, and Man Fashion Competition.

This event is one of the most fashion forward, progressive, contemporary, and exciting pageants in the world. We have combined the energy of high fashion modeling with the classic appeal of traditional pageantry. I am so proud and honored to meet the 13th class of World’s Perfect Pageants!

I have enclosed all of the information you will need to compete at the Pageant this July/August in Orlando, Florida.

The hotel arrangements, ticket sales, photo/video packets, schedule of events, and wardrobe requirements are included. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail the International Office — we are only a telephone call or e-mail away.

It is my vision at World’s Perfect Baby, Little Miss, Preteen, Junior Teen, Teen, Miss, Woman, Classic Woman, and Man to provide an outlet for Perfect Models to compete and thrive in a competitive venue based on his/her ability to articulate their thoughts, stage presence, style and overall beauty! Every contestant competing is “perfect” in their own

right, so simply sparkle YOUR way! So many times I am asked “What are the judges looking for?” The answer is simple, “YOU” so allow the judges to truly meet you! The selected panel of judges have been instructed to look for someone comfortable and easy to talk to, someone who represents their age, someone who has a sense of confidence and style! This person could be you!

World’s Perfect Pageants are not your typical-style pageants, it will be more like America’s Next Top Model meets a classic pageant. The Perfect Models will not be given specific walking patterns, but mere suggestions so that each may shine and not feel intimidated by a specific routine when it is his/her turn to grace the stage for the On-Stage Question, Summer Fashion or Swimwear Fashion, and Formal Attire. In watching Victoria’s Secret International Fashion Show, we are strikingly similar in style, energy, and appeal.

Accommodations: Each contestant is responsible for his/her accommodations while at World’s Perfect Pageant and Model Search. Contestants may stay with parents, friends, family members, other contestants (to share the cost). It Is not mandatory to stay at the Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort, but once you are there, you will never have to leave. It makes competing much easier as all events will take place in the Meeting Space/Conference Area. There are pools, restaurants, and ample complimentary parking. To book your reservation, mention World’s Perfect Pageant Group to receive the discounted rate of only $129.00, the rate is majorly discounted to make it affordable for everyone! Competition Categories: 1. Summer Fashion: Any outfit she would wear on a hot summer day. There are no restrictions.

It can be a swimsuit, summer dress, shorts/t-shirt, accessories are allowed.2. Formal Attire: Any formal outfit she would wear to a Holiday gathering, special event, or

Beauty Pageant. There are no restrictions.

Special Note and Instructions: This is the beginning/first year of a new tradition!! There is no make-up or hair extensions allowed. Clothing can literally be anything, glitz, natural, fashion forward, off the rack, custom designs. Hand held accessories are allowed. No props please. Judging is based on beauty of child, energy, smile, and “cuteness” factor. Parents may carry the baby, walk on the stage with the baby, or walk on the floor beside the runway. For the optional photograph that you may submit for Most Photogenic, please submit a natural headshot. Light retouching is allowed.

Entry Fee: $195.00 per child. The entry fee includes her participation at World’s Perfect Baby Pageant and Model Search, her picture in the World’s Perfect Model Look Book, a copy of the Model Look Book, Perfect Tote Bag, and one free admission ticket for Parent/Relative.

Schedule for World’s Perfect BabyThursday, July 30, 2020 10:00 a.m.– 11:00 AM All contestants check-in. Each contestant will check-in with Perfect Pageant Staff to receive contestant number, pick up complimentary Perfect Program Book, sign up for video/photo package, meet Pageant Staff and Sponsors, step and repeat photo opportunities, meet World’s Perfect Titleholders, and receive special gifts. At this time, you will purchase admission tickets and register for the Optional Competitions and submit your photogenic entry. Note: Each contestant will receive one complimentary admission ticket.12:00 Noon All contestants compete in Summer Fashion. Each contestant will walk down the 64 foot runway. Parents are allowed to accompany onstage or on the floor beside the stage in both age divisions. Each contestant will exit at the end of the runway, she will not have to walk back on the runway.1:00 PM All contestants compete in Formal Attire. Each contestant will walk down the 64 foot runway. WORLD’S PERFECT LITTLE MISSLITTLE MISSOn this page, we will list all the information for the Little Miss contestants and families in preparation for World’s Perfect Little Miss. This information is also available at www.worldsperfectpageant.com.


Areas of Competition: Little Miss Contestants will compete in 3 phases of competition on the Perfect Runway. The energy of the competitions and simple modeling pattern feels like a NYC Fashion Show, everything is designed to spotlight the little girl! There will be rehearsals to practice on the actual runway. (Little Miss and Preteen Schedule on Page 10). Each Little Miss Contestant will be scored on a scale from 1–1 O in each of the 3 categories. Each category accounts for 1/3 of her total score. The judges will take into consideration the contestant’s modeling ability, confidence, style, beauty, and innate gift to shine. Is she the next World’s Perfect Little Miss?

The 3 Little Miss Phases of Competition and Outfits Needed Are The Following: 1. Fashion Walk: Each Little Miss will simply walk the runway. It is simple, she is young, we

want to allow her to shine. She will not model the diamond pattern like the other divisions, she will simply walk down the runway and back, just like a fashion show. Each Little Miss will wear a Wow Wear. You will be given a list with your selection in a separate email as the styles become available. The Wow Wear outfits may only be altered to fit the contestant. You cannot change the look or the design of the outfit, only alterations are allowed. She may wear accessories of any kind and any shoe style is allowed. Have fun and dare to show her personality.

2. Summer Fashion: Summer Fashion may be any outfit she would wear on a hot summer day. Summer Fashion should look and feel contemporary, casual, and cool. Accessories are allowed. She may wear any heel or sandal. When selecting Summer Fashion, it may be solid or print, any length or style. Swimsuits are not allowed. We suggest rompers, short sets, cool summer dresses.

3. Formal Attire: Each contestant will model her formal attire on the Perfect Runway. Formal Attire may be short, long, high/low, even pants. The outfit may be any color/length, one that compliments the contestant’s style. The judges will not be looking for any specific style, rather a young girl who is confident and comfortable on the Perfect Runway.

***Hair and Make-up Policy for Little Miss: Light and pretty hair and make-up is allowed on the Little Miss Contestants. Please remember that this competition wants to see the natural beauty of each little girl. As the lights are bright, we are allowing hair and make-up. Remember, less is more.

Entry Fee: If you have won or placed in an official Perfect Preliminary Pageant and Model Search, you have won your full $895.00 entry fee to WORLD’S PERFECT PAGEANT AND MODEL SEARCH. The only fee that every contestant is required to pay is the $395.00 registration fee that includes the following: Wow Wear Dress for the Opening Number and Fashion Walk with On-Stage Question, Spotlight Advertisement Page in the World’s Perfect Model Look Book, meeting with Top Modeling Agencies, invitation to walk in NYFW in September (you will be modeling for Wow Wear in the dress you select for Opening Number and Fashion Walk with On-Stage Question), a copy of the Model Look Book, Perfect Tote Bag. WORLD’S PERFECT MANMANOn this page, we will list all the information for the World’s Perfect Man contestants and families in preparation for World’s Perfect Man. This information is also available at www.worldsperfectpageant.com.


Areas of Competition: Each Perfect Man will compete in 3 phases of competition on the Perfect Runway. The energy of the competitions and simple modeling pattern feels like a NYC Fashion Show, everything is designed to spotlight YOU! There will be rehearsals to practice on the actual runway (see Perfect Man Schedule on Page 12). Each Perfect Man Contestant will be scored on a scale of 1–10 in each of the 3 categories. Each category accounts for 1 /3 of his total score. The judges will take into consideration the contestant’s modeling ability, confidence, articulation, style, handsome face/physique, and the innate gift of swagger! Is he the next Wor1d’s Perfect Man?

The 3 Perfect Man Phases of Competition and Outfits Needed Are The Following: 1. Fashion Walk with On-Stage Question: Each Perfect Man Contestant will be asked

a question on the Perfect Runway. He will provide the topics on his application. The questions will be based on his topics. Topic 1 is for Preliminary Competition. Topic 2 is for the Top 15 Final Competition. The answer is timed at 30 seconds and a bell will chime to indicate to the model to finish her answer. Upon completion of answering the question, each Perfect Man Contestant will then model the Perfect Runway in a Diamond Formation (there will be 4 points to stop at, all other modeling is exactly what YOU want to do). For Fashion Walk with On-Stage Question, each Perfect Man contestant will receive an email selection to order his Wow Wear and the Wow Wear will be shipped to you. You may wear accessories or any shoe that is comfortable and stylish for you.

2. Summer Fashion: The Summer Fashion may be any outfit he would wear on a hot summer day. Summer Fashion should look and feel contemporary, casual, and cool. Accessories are allowed. He may wear any shoe, sandal or barefoot.

3. Formal Attire: Each contestant will model his format attire on the Perfect Runway. Formal Attire may be suit or tuxedo. Any color/length, one that compliments the contestant’s style. The judges will not be looking for any specific style, rather a man who is confident and comfortable on the Perfect Runway.

On this page is an examples of the Spotlight Page that each contestant must submit for the World’s Perfect Program Book/Model look Book. Keep in mind, this is your page, make it stand out. All judges and agencies will receive a copy of this book. Make your Spotlight Page professional and one that represents you! Come meet the agents. We have invited over 20 modeling agents, casting directors, and scouts to meet the Class of 2020 World’s Perfect Models to begin or enhance your professional modeling/acting career!

This single meeting has generated many modeling assignments and careers!! Be prepared!
