Dear guests,

Our first priority is your safety and relaxation, so we kindly ask you to respect the following guidelines

during your visit to the Spa area. We remain always at your disposal to assist you in the best possible

way, giving you our valuable advice on all the treatments we offer. Our spa is also available to external

guests upon request.

• You are kindly requested to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order

to have the time to fill in the Health History Questionnaire.

• Please use bathrobes and swimwear in order to use the common areas of the spa.

Our staff will provide you with towels and one-use slippers.

• Please leave all valuables in your hotel room. The spa is not responsible for loss

of personal belongings or any damages.

• For hygiene reasons always shower prior the use of the Jacuzzi and the Hammam.

• Swimwear is mandatory in the Hammam and wet areas.

• Please do not use oils or other products in the Hammam and the Jacuzzi.

• During treatments, please let your therapist know if you are not comfortable, so she can

adjust your position, room temperature, and the pressure of her hand strokes.

• Please respect the spa area by keeping all conversation at levels consistent

with a relaxing spa environment.

• Please keep your mobile phones on silent mode or place them in your locker.

This is the time to relieve your body and mind from the worries and stresses of the day.

• The spa area is not allowed for children under 15 years old.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hours’ notice in case of cancellation. Appointments cancelled

within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 6 hours will incur

a 100% cancellation fee.

Late arrivals or non-show, cannot be accommodated and will lead to shorter

or revised treatments, without refund.
