This form should be submitted when the homeowner is planning to perform work which alters the exterior appearance of their property. This includes but is not limited to:

· Painting – shutters, window trim, garage trim, front door and trim, railings, gutters

· Yards - fences, sheds, patios, porch additions, decks, retaining walls, stone or concrete work,

play sets, pool installation

· Existing Structure Changes - roofing, siding, garage doors, shutters, windows, gutters

Please provide a detailed description of the work to be done. Include a drawing or picture is available. Upon completion, submit to [email protected].

The Kingston Forest Architectural Review Committee is composed of volunteers from the neighborhood and is responsible for ensuring neighbors adhere to the guidelines set forth in our covenants. The committee reserves the right to discuss this submission with William Douglas Property Management and the Kingston Forest Board of Directors if necessary. If the work on this submission form is not complete within 180 days of the submission date, please re-submit the request form and associated paperwork.

Homeowners should allow up to two weeks for the ARC Committee to schedule a review of the work to be done. Please do not schedule contractors until you have approval, unless you are able to change the start dates of a project with them. It would be helpful if you provide dates and times when you would be available for an on-site review of the proposed work in your email request.
