“Kindred Spirits” is the first collection by Jill Shaulis for Windham Fabrics. This collection has prints inspired by Civil War era fabrics accurately reproduced in the classic colors brick, gold, cadet blue, old green and brown. These prints inspire you to go back in time to when things were simpler and crafting with your hands was how you created a quilt for your home. These fabrics are excellent for scrappy quilts and will easily fit into a color wall for use season after season.

In addition to the fabric collection, Kindred Spirits is also a new, on-going pattern club by Jill Shaulis and her sister, Vicki Olsen. The Kindred Spirits Club features the primitive style and impeccable instructions you have come to expect from Yellow Creek Quilt Designs.

Jill Shaulis currently owns and operates the store Yellow Creek Quilt Designs with her sister, Vicki Olsen, located in Pearl City, IL. Jill lectures and teaches around the country, and has had many patterns published in magazines including Primitive Quilts & Projects as well as Quilt Country, a French publication.
