‘Throwing Challenge’

5 pairs of socks 1 washing basket

See how many pairs of socks you can throw into the basket. Try an overarm throw and and underarm throw.

Which one are you better at? * To make it harder, take some steps back.

‘Clap, Clap, Clap’

Use a pair of socks or a balloon to practice your catching skills. See how many times you can throw the sock up in the air and catch it,

See how many claps you can do while the sock is in the air. If you have a partner, see how many times you can throw it to each

other without dropping it. Take some steps back if it’s too easy!

Set a timer and see how quickly you can clean your room. Every time you pick up something that is:

blue: do 10 star jumps
