Important:!Do not use this product in any other motor vehicle for which it is not designed.Do not use any other mounting location/method other than described in this instruction.It is advisable to seek assistance of another person when installing this product.Do not repair or modify the Nudge Bar and/or its mounting bracket in any way - repair ormodification may effect proper operation of the airbag resulting in serious injury.Do not remove the label from the Nudge Bar.

• To maintain your Nudge Bar properly, wash regularly with car wash detergent, hose off & chamois dry. Stubborn grime can be removed with kerosene.

• Polished surfaces can be maintained with Autosol® metal polish or similar products. Use as recommended.

Diagram 1e : Disconnect the Foglamps

Remove the Front Bumper

Tools: Philips Screwdriver13mm Socket/Spanner

Remove the 8 scrivets retaining the lower edge of the bumper to the plastic splash guard.

Remove the 2 scrivets and 2 Bolts retaining the top of the grille.

Remove the screws retaining the ends of the bumper to the inside of the fender.

Detach each side of the bumper from the fenders, by carefully pulling outwards/forwards.

Unplug the wiring loom from both foglamps, and remove the bumper from the vehicle.

2. Loosely Fit the Mounting Brackets

Tools: 13mm Socket/Spanner16mm Socket/Spanner17mm Socket/SpannerHardware: All Mounting Brackets4x M10x30mm Hex Head Bolts8x M10 Flat Washers4x M10 Nylock Nuts

Remove the bolt retaining the loop of piping attached to the top RHS of the bumper beam.

Loosely fit the RHS and LHS Mounting Brackets as shown.

Do not fully tighten.

Temporarily Fit the Nudge Bar

Tools: 13mm Socket/Spanner16mm Socket/Spanner17mm Socket/Spanner5mm Hex Driver (Allen Key)Hardware: 2x M8 Button Head Cap Screws4x M8 Flat Washers2x M8 Nylock Nuts2x M10x30mm Hex Head Bolts4x M10 Flat Washers2x M10 Nylock Nuts

Using the M8 Button head cap screws, attach the Nudge Bar to the top mounting tabs.

Using the M10 hex bolts, attach the Nudge Bar to the bottom mounting tabs.

4. Tighten the Mounting Brackets

Tools: 13mm Socket/Spanne16mm Socket/Spanner17mm Socket/Spanner

Centrally align the Nudge Bar, and fully tighten the 4x Hex Head Bolts securing the mounting brackets to the bumper beam.

Reattach the piping to the bumper beam.

Remove the Nudge Bar.

5. Refit the Bumper Bar

Tools: 13mm Socket/SpannerHardware:Previously removed hardware

Refit the bumper bar, following STEP#1 in reverse order.

Refit the Nudge Bar

Tools: 13mm Socket/Spanner16mm Socket/Spanner17mm Socket/Spanner5mm Hex Driver (Allen Key)Hardware: 2x M8 Button Head Cap Screws4x M8 Flat Washers2x M8 Nylock Nuts2x M10x30mm Hex Head Bolts4x M10 Flat Washers2x M10 Nylock Nuts

Refit the Nudge Bar, adjust to the desired angle, and fully tighten the Mounting Bolts.
