128hp to 400hp machines for shredding any size of wood, stumps, green material, standing vegetation, trees and scrub. Processing directly on the ground, hard or soft.

Mulchers are mobile and process material in-situ and are ideal for construction site clearance, overgrown site clearance re-gen, forestry re-stocking and harvesting sites, dug-out stumps, stock-piles of trees and vegetation and felled trees.

Our smaller machine is just 2.2m wide and has 3psi ground pressure and is ideal for soft ground or tight spaces.

Morbark HT1684 Slow-speed tracked shredders 2 machines available

500hp with capacity for up to 2m diameter stumps and whole trees, as well as brash, waste wood, tyres, railway sleepers, municipal waste, etc.

Highly resistant to metal and stone, with over-band magnet to separate metal from the shredded material and a conveyor to load trucks or bins.

25rpm rotor speed – meaning no thrown objects, no dust and low noise. Safe to work next to live carriageways and on busy sites.

Mounted on LGP tracks and remote-controlled from the safety of the load-ing machine. Up to 45 tons per hour production in heavily contaminated material.

EXCAVATOR POWER-PACK MULCHERS

Capacity up to 1.2m / 48-inch diameter.

For standing trees and vegetation, brash mats and site clearance - where only access by excavator is possible or contaminated ground prevents the use of a tracked mulcher. 460hp power-pack engine.

Heads can be equipped with carbide hammer teeth, sharp knives for standing trees or swinging-hammer heads for heavily contaminated sites, as required.

Available with 1.6m – wide LGP tracks for deep peat or other soft ground. Ideal for sites on slopes or where rock/concrete or metal would damage other machines.

EXCAVATOR STUMP GRINDERS

460hp power-pack heavy-duty stump grinders.

Grind out large and high-volume stumps quickly and efficiently. Able to cope easily with harvesting sites, site clearance, heathland restoration and other tough applications.

Ideal for where mineral soil must not be disturbed and where stumps are situated across ditches, lake edges or against curbs, road edges or buried services.

Machine can tilt and rotate the grinder head through 180 degrees to vary the angle of cut.

AIR CURTAIN INCINERATORHow it works

An engine driven fan blows a curtain of air over and down into the firebox retaining the smoke and over- oxygenating the fire. Burn temperatures of +1000 degrees C reduce materials to approximately 5% ash with minimal smoke and emissions.

Air curtain incinerators have been used throughout the world to safely dispose of many different types of material, includ-ing forestry waste, waste stream wood, municipal rubbish, diseased trees and vegetation, dead animals, demolition waste, material from damage by hurricanes and earthquakes, medical waste, contraband drugs and tobacco and in military appli-cations.

Burnwell Micro

A small sized machine, electric fan or Honda petrol fan, for hand-feeding. Dimensions of burning cham-ber: Length 1m. Height 1m. Width. 1m.Weight 800kg (approximate).Power: 110V electric fan or portable Honda petrol-powered fan (extra cost).
