KhaoKheow10-Season3At Chonburi on 11th March 2018Thailand’s first and only zoo run KhaoKheow10 is returning to Khao Kheow Open Zoo in 2018 for a highly anticipated third season!
Organised by MICE Communications Co., Ltd., KhaoKheow10–Season3 is a fun, one - day, event comprising runners of all ages - young and old and attracts people of all abilities.
Held on a Sunday each year, the event is especially popular with families, with several generations all-participating together.
Attracting 5,000 runners, KhaoKheow10-Season3 features the following runs:• ULTRA FUN RUN 10KM • SUPER FUN RUN 7KM• FAMILY FUN RUN 4KM
The run route, within Thailand’s largest zoo, takes participants past various animal habitats including elephants, giraffes and tigers as well as several stops for refreshments, including drinks, snacks and fruit.
Khao Kheow Open Zoo specialises in wildlife conservation and research and KhaoKheow10-Season3 gives participants an opportunity to learn more about the natural environment and the preservation of endangered species.
CHARITYThe organisers donate to the Sarus Crane Reintroduction Project under the Royal Patronage and the National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation Department to conserve Sarus Crane from extinction.

KHAO KHEOW ZOOKhao Kheow Open Zoo is Thailand’s largest open zoo, covering an area of eight square kilometres.
Located just 100 kilometres east of Bangkok in Bangphra, Chonburi Province, the Zoo has more than 8,000 animals from over 300 different species and is part of the wider Khao Kheow wildlife reserve.
The Zoo has five main sections:
African Savannah - featuring zebras, bestbok, impalas, springboks, oryx, giraffes, rhinoceros, and ostriches. Khao Kheow Night Safari - after dark, visitors can explore and experience the Zoo and hear the night time sounds of animals and get the atmosphere of a wild night.
Cats Complex Park - 48 species of cat in varying size in eight enclosures covering a total area of 40 acres. Each enclosure area has each species natural habitats, including, grasslands, desert, lands, woodlands, wetlands, and mountains.
Walk Through Aviary - visitors walking through the aviary area are surrounded by more than 80 different species of birds. The aviary covers two acres and is decorated with streams, ponds, waterfalls, and many plants.
Eld’s Deer Park - is a relaxation zone of more than an acre in size where visitors can touch, feed and take photographs of deer.

With over 10 years’ experience MICE & Communications Co., Ltd. has organised events at in all regions of Thailand and South-East Asia including Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.
The company launched its first event in 2015 with the Bangsaen21 Half Marathon. Since then it has won the award for Best Half Marathon running event in Thailand for two consecutive years.
This year the Bangsaen21 event will submit an application to qualify for IAAF Bronze Label Road Race, a first for Thailand.
