Future-proof platformNemo Xynergy can integrate data from almost any source (e.g. all major drive test tool formats), any technology (LTE, VoLTE, UMTS, WiFi, and more), and any vendor (e.g. Keysight, Ericsson, and NSN) while applying a network awareness of where each data set fits within an operator’s ecosystem. Nemo Xynergy Rules Definition Language (RDL) allows users to define their own rules, run these rules on normalized data to generate new key performance indicators (KPIs), troubleshoot issues, and automate processes. The flexible rules make Nemo Xynergy a suitable platform for implementing various centralized Self Organizing Network (SON) procedures. Given both the robustness and flexibility of this platform, it can continue to grow and evolve as you add new data sets or want to automate additional processes, such as closed-loop SON.
Improve operational efficiency and reduce customer churnNemo Xynergy is proven to reduce the operational cost of managing network performance. The platform’s user-friendly, rich, and intuitive interface flattens the learning curve, and provides a single access point to all network performance-related data sources. The high level of automation capabilities and the SON-compliant architecture enable the automation of routine network optimization tasks thus increasing efficiency.

Nemo Xynergy can be accessed via a web interface for easy sharing of data between different departments anywhere across the globe, thereby maximizing your network resources. Nemo Xynergy allows you to prioritize and align engineering tasks with available resources and company business goals and standardize best practices throughout engineering teams.
Nemo Xynergy is built to deliver strong return on investment for our customers through automation and enhancing the customer experience, which reduces customer churn rates and maximizes quality of service.
Nemo Xynergy hardware architectureNemo Xynergy hardware architecture is modular and fully scalable to the needs of a variety of use cases, from small-scale to nationwide deployments. Nemo Xynergy utilizes clustering in all layers (ETL, database, application) to scale and the system can be expanded by adding additional storage and nodes.
The different servers included in the setup can run on virtual machines. In a typical setup, there are two physical servers: one for the Oracle database and another for hosting the virtual servers of other functions.

As illustrated in Figure 2, the components in a typical Nemo Xynergy system include the following:
Backend servers – Processing servers for ETLs/rules – Processing servers for dashboard publishing (usually merged with the ETLs/rules
server) – Processing servers for drive test – DB servers (Oracle) – File servers – Backup/admin servers
Front-end servers – Web servers – Tile servers – Map servers
Storage – Storage (SAN, SCSI, local)
Other IT hardware / services – Network switch – Load balancer (F5) – Tape drives/tapes – Backup power sources – Connectors and cables – Network connectivity (bandwidth (BW), including redundant BW, if needed)
The actual configuration that will be proposed for any specific customer depends on various factors, such as:
– Whether redundancy is required – Expected SLAs for availability of data/results – Volume and rate of incoming data – Data retention requirements (both processed and raw)

Nemo Xynergy Geospatial Intelligence Module
Nemo Xynergy Geospatial Intelligence module provides analytics based on geo-located subscriber calls. It supports various use cases, such as VIP analysis, IMSI analysis, handset analysis, indoor/outdoor, mobile/stationary, and more.
Nemo Xynergy Geospatial Intelligence module key benefits:
– Centralized, historical access to all processed data on the web – Rich feature set for online analytics and optimization – Fully user-customizable reports and data processing via rules engine – Dynamic, customizable dashboards accessible anytime, anywhere via mobile
devices – Well architected data model to load and analyze complementary data sources
Nemo Xynergy Geospatial Intelligence Module – Data FlowNemo Xynergy automatically processes and loads subscriber call trace data in near real-time. Call trace logs are sent to the FTP server where they are automatically processed in batches by the process servers. The resultant geo-located bin and event information is loaded into the Oracle database. The multi-processing servers then work on this data to generate analytics reports. Various forms of visualization such as maps, reports, and dashboards are available .
The data processing chain is fully automated in Nemo Xynergy. Reports are automatically executed and dashboards appended with the new data.
Supported OSS Interfaces – Huawei 2G/3G/4G – Ericsson 3G/4G

Customer Device/Handset Model Analysis
Nemo Xynergy extracts data from geo-located subscriber calls, and draws correlations to generate meaningful analytics.
It provides analytical data to track usage patterns, network performance and device performance. This allows users to determine where issues exist in a network and in which devices. This analysis helps users pinpoint, troubleshoot and repair network issues. There are filters that process and analyze the data for an individual subscriber or a group of subscribers, or by handset or a group of handsets.
Nemo Xynergy offers various ways to present the analytical data, such as maps, reports, and dashboards. Select the most efficient way to display user data in order to optimize end-user experience.

Network Optimization
Nemo Xynergy processes and loads subscriber call trace logs in near-real time, giving the end user quick access to fresh and historic network health KPIs such as coverage, quality, throughput, and data consumption. Users also get to access all of the signaling messages and view their decoded content. Nemo Xynergy also generates call events based on standards using the signaling messages. Perform automated root-cause analysis on failure events and review system cause codes extracted for deep-dive analysis.
In addition to this, Nemo Xynergy also provides advanced troubleshooting metrics and a toolset for network optimization, including low SINR analysis, PCI pollution, overshooting, missing neighbor analysis and more.

Dashboards
Dashboards, a next-generation self-service data visualization application empowers users to easily create a range of flexible, interactive visualizations. Drive exploration and discovery through intuition with the ability to explore multiple data sources in a single dashboard.
Nemo Xynergy dashboards are built upon the state-of-the-art rules engine and coupled with the associative data indexing capability, allowing users to explore data relationships across many sources, and analyze data that would otherwise be hidden in hierarchical or query-based approaches. Dashboards promote faster time to insight with intuitive exploration, smart search, and smart visualizations. Enhance knowledge sharing with data storytelling and mobility. Dashboards take data analysis to a whole new level of power and flexibility. They alert your team to potential network issues and provide the in-depth data necessary to react faster and make better decisions.

Rules Engine
Nemo Xynergy Rules Definition Language (RDL) is a database-independent, procedural, and expert system definition language. RDL allows users to define their own rules, run these rules on normalized data, generate new KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and automate processes. Every data source is exposed to the RDL which allows for effective correlation to any of the following outputs:
– Visualization (dashboards, maps, charts, reports, and more) – Workflow (alerts that can be assigned, resolved, reactivated, and more) – Microsoft Excel reports based on fully formatted templates – Databases (to generate and save analytical/summarized data) – Network elements update scripts/procedures (SON) – Web services (to drive other applications)
