Kettering is an established Northamptonshire town with a Borough population of approximately 80,000 people and a catchment of circa 438,000 people within a 12 mile radius. The town is located circa 15 miles north of Northampton and circa 50 miles east of Birmingham. The Newlands Shopping Centre is Kettering’s principal shopping destination comprising 53 retail units totalling some 200,000 sq.ft. of accommodation.
