January 2016 - Present Lakehouse Contracts

Employed as a resident liaison officer for the decent homes framework based in the South East and Anglia region, with responsibility of all schemes working directly with the contracts and site managers. Main duties including coordination of surveys, updating data sources to allow correct procurement of materials and allocation of workforce, as well as assisting with pre-start surveys and meetings, and initiation of site setup. Condition surveys as well as kitchen and bathroom surveys make up just a part of day to day duties undertaken. I used a bespoke BIW system to raise jobs and schedule work to be completed updating forms and letters on IMS.

October 2014 - September 2015 CLC Contractors Ltd

Initially I was employed as the Resident Liaison Officer facilitating both the Watford & Kent division for the group. During this time I undertook various internal training courses and advanced quickly into a supervisory role, managing the R.L.O process with a junior member of the team, as well as managing operatives, sub contractors and site mangers on varied framework agreements, reporting directly to the Contract Manager for the appropriate scheme.

Since April 2015 I re-opened the Kent division with my colleague, which impacted on my roles greatly, taking a more direct management role for contracts, with al lot more focus on production of health and safety plans, RAMS, risk assessments, programming and snag lists/schedules, checking on mid term work in progress and end of work quality checks and handovers to client, still with my senior R.L.O responsibilities and training and managing a junior R.L.O.

I was employed part time as a sales and customer service consultant which grew into my full time position at Spanish Residence as General Manager in charge of sales and customer service. I was responsible for the planning and management of the property maintenance division, on a daily basis I had to manager our direct workforce, procure materials and set targets accordingly, as well as liaise with our site foreman. My responsibilities included the management of the sales and marketing team and the administration and customer service team. This highly successful Spanish property company also gave me the opportunity to learn Spanish and which I can speak at an intermediate level.

Employed as a post offer clerk and customer service administrator and progressed to become the post offer and completions supervisor with a team of 15 staff that progressed mortgage applications towards full completion. With a full knowledge of obtaining registry details, updating
