GENERAL NOTES:

1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL STATE AND LOCAL PERMITSFOR ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY.

3. UNDERGROUND FACILITIES, STRUCTURES, AND UTILITIES HAVE BEEN INDICATEDBASED ON AVAILABLE SURVEYS AND RECORDS; AND, THEREFORE, THEIRLOCATIONS MUST BE CONSIDERED APPROXIMATE ONLY. IT IS POSSIBLE THEREMAY BE OTHERS, THE EXISTENCE OF WHICH ARE PRESENTLY NOT KNOWN ORSHOWN. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE THEIREXISTENCE AND EXACT LOCATION AND TO AVOID DAMAGE THERETO. ALLEXISTING UTILITIES WITHOUT ELEVATION DATA SHALL BE ASSUMED TO HAVE ANUNKNOWN ELEVATION.

4. UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE, ALL EXISTING FACILITIES ARE TO REMAINUNDISTURBED AND USED IN PLACE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKEPRECAUTIONS NECESSARY TO PREVENT DAMAGE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALLREPAIR AND/OR REPLACE, AT HIS/HER EXPENSE, ALL EXISTING FACILITIESDAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. EXISTING FACILITIES NOTED FORREMOVAL SHALL BE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OFF-SITE AT THE CONTRACTOR'SEXPENSE. ALL EXCESS MATERIAL RESULTING FROM EARTHWORK OPERATIONSSHALL BE DISPOSED OF AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE PER PROJECTSPECIFICATIONS. METHOD OF DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL AND LOCATION SHALL BEAPPROVED BY THE OWNER.

5. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY UTILITY LOCATOR A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS PRIORTO ANY EXCAVATION ACTIVITIES.

6. CONTRACTOR SHALL EXPOSE ALL UTILITIES TO VERIFY LOCATION AND ELEVATIONPRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. LOCATION AND ELEVATION SHALL BE RECORDED ONRECORD DRAWINGS.

7. ALL WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION ANDAPPROVAL OF THE OWNER.

8. CLEARING AND GRUBBING OPERATIONS AND DISPOSAL OF ALL DEBRIS THEREFROM SHALL BE PERFORMED BY THE CONTRACTOR IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITHALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL LAWS, CODES, AND ORDINANCES. OPENBURNING OF DEBRIS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED.

9. ANY FENCES, WALLS, OTHER STRUCTURES OR APPURTENANCES REMOVED FORCONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS SHALL BE REPLACED TO EQUAL OR BETTERCONDITIONS THAN EXISTING CONDITION.

10. ALL BENCHMARKS, CONTROL POINTS, PROPERTY MARKERS AND RIGHT-OF-WAYMONUMENTS DISTURBED OR DESTROYED SHALL BE RESET UNDER THESUPERVISION OF A PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR LICENSED IN THE STATE OFOKLAHOMA. ALL SURVEYING COSTS SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS.

COORDINATE CONDUIT STUB UPS WITH PREFAB BUILDINGBLOCKOUTS WHERE PROVIDED. COORDINATE WITHBUILDING SUPPLIER SHOP DRAWINGS FOR SPECIFICBLOCKOUT LOCATIONS.

GROUNDING GRID SHALL BE TERMINATED TO BUILDING BUSBAR AS INDICATED. ALL OTHER REQUIRED GROUNDINGELECTRODE CONNECTIONS FOR INTERIOR BUILDINGEQUIPMENT SHALL BE CONNECTED TO THE BUS BAR WITHTYPE BC2 (TINNED BARE COPPER), SIZED ACCORDING TONEC WITH A MINIMUM SIZE OF #6AWG.
