Note (1)—Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission ofapplications on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register Number in the short list does not confer any righton the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

(2)—The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequentclaims made will not be entertained at any stage.

The candidates who have secured 56 (Fifty Six)) marks and above are included in the Main List of this ShortList. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the supplementary lists.

SC/ST candidates included in the Short List are required to produce 2 copies of Community Certificate issued bythe Revenue Authorities for producing before the Public Service Commission. Candidates belongining to Other BackwardClasses included in the Short List, are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O. (P) No.81/09/SCSTDD dated 26-9-2009 or G.O. (P) No.13232/F3/09/SCSTDD dated 5-10-2009 (obtained within one year).They shall produce the same along with other documents, as and when called for. Such candidates in the Main List whofail to produce the required Community Certificate/ Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit ofcommunity reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. As regards such candidates in theSupplimentary Lists, their register numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice.

The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply forrechecking of their answer scripts after approval of Ranked List for the post, by the Commission. Detailed instructionswill be found in the Ranked List notification for the post.

Photocopy of the answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 15-1-2010 will be issued to those candidates who applyfor the same, remitting the prescribed fee, after publication of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers areinvalidated are advised to refer to Notification No. ERVIIA/884/10/EW. dated 8-11-2010.

The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’s Website: www.keralapsc.org)along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala public Service Commission District Office,Idukki within 45 days from the date on which this ranked list is brought into force. A copy of an answer sheet will beissued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings willbe initiated against those who do so. ‘‘Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of costfrom the Enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4size paper from the Commission’s Website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in anyother manner will not be considered.’’

The application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ̀ 50 under the Headof account ‘‘0051-PSC 105 State PSC-99-Examination Fee’’, addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public ServiceCommission District Office, Idukki should reach the office on or before 21-1-2011. Application for rechecking received afterthe stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.
